Legal Authorization
I understand that legal authorization is required before funeral or cremation services can proceed.

You do not have to be the person with the legal right to control funeral arrangements (often called the Legal Next of Kin) to complete this purchase. However, the Legal Next of Kin must approve all required documents before services can be performed.
Service Information
I understand that submitting these arrangements does not dispatch our staff or begin an immediate transfer of the deceased.

Online arrangements are reviewed during business operations. If a death has just occurred and you need immediate assistance. Please reach us at the number at the bottom of this page.
I understand that the timing for death certificate issuance is controlled by physicians, registrars, and government agencies and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to medical certification, registrar processing, holidays, or local jurisdiction requirements.
I understand that additional information and authorizations required before arrangements are finalized.

A funeral director will review your selections, confirm details, obtain required authorizations, and answer any questions before services are scheduled.
Pricing & Payments
I understand that the price shown today is an estimate and may change based on final selections, authorizations, taxes, permits, cash advance items, or other required charges.

A finalized Statement of Funeral Goods & Services will be provided and reviewed with you by the Funeral Home at your arrangement conference.
I understand that refunds may be reduced by charges for services, transportation, permits, storage, or merchandise already provided or ordered on my behalf.

If services cannot be provided or are canceled, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our General Price List.
I understand that use of any form of payment in my loved one's name is prohibited.

Credit cards with your loved one's name can not be accepted as payment. Insurance policies, financing and other payment options should be discussed with your funeral director, and will be finalized before services are provided.
