What's Next?
Here’s what to expect over the coming days. Each step is handled with your counselor - you’ll never have to navigate it alone.
Within one business day, a dedicated care counselor will call to introduce themselves and schedule an appointment to finalize your arrangements together - in person, by phone, or over video, whatever is easiest for you.
If your loved one is currently with a hospital or other facility, signed authorizations may be required before we can bring them into our care. Your counselor will walk you through exactly what’s needed and handle the coordination on your behalf.
We’ll email a secure link where you can begin gathering the information needed to file the death certificate. You can save your progress and complete it at your own pace - there’s no rush. We’re here to help if anything is unclear.
